Glad Tidings

There is a great mass of humanity in the world willing to receive any good news at this stage. You have just what they are looking for!

And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. Luke 1:19

And it came to pass afterward, that He went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with Him. Luke 8:1

And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. Acts 13:31-33

How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Romans 10:15

As the LORD lives His life in and through us He will open the way, and we will be ready and willing to offer the glad tidings of the everlasting gospel:
Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear. 1 Peter 3:15

Disclaimer:
If we have taken the name of Christ i.e. Christians; we have been constantly surrounded with those who seem to think that they are somehow better than anyone else and this is very contagious. God will blow apart this myth by correcting the facts of this matter - in His eyes the sins of His professed people are 10 X worse than anyone else in the world. (This is a very serious state to be in. The greatest part of working with sinners is to show ourselves one with them. It would be far better that a person stay at home if he thinks he has none, sin that is! We cannot offer the remedy if we do not have it ourselves.) He gives us the line “he that is forgiven much, loveth much” or maybe this is a clearer expression, “Our love for Christ will be in proportion to our conviction of sin”.

When this true state is realised we will genuinely accept Christ’s offer to save us from our sins (including the necessity of ever sinning again), to keep us eternally and to make us holy like Himself; we will love Him, then willingly resist the heredity and cultivated tendencies to evil of constantly going back to those besetting sins and will quietly rest in Him, believing and trusting Him to do what He said that He will do - and salvation will continue eternally. Christ’s life, death and resurrection has made this all possible. Redemption is creation; the same Power is used: He speaks and it is so. “For it is God that worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure”.

Now we really do have GLAD TIDINGS to share!
